With these instructions for 7 different herbs, plus patterns and sewing instructions, you can create your own charming hanging herb pots using your favorite fabrics. The herb labels are modeled after old ceramic signs and give the baskets a vintage feel. Hang them in your kitchen or on your patio. Perhaps you need a small gift to bring when you have guests? Why not give herbs in a basket you made yourself?

Besides an embroidery and sewing machine, you will need oilcloth, batting, cotton or linen fabric, some string, and a few scraps of fabric or faux leather. The embroidery is created as a two-layered appliqué, giving you plenty of room for your creativity. The hanging pots can be hung with a ribbon, which is also incorporated into the process and described in detail. The pots are suitable for standard supermarket herb pots with a height of approximately 11 cm and a diameter of approximately 11.5 cm.

These versatile signs can also be used as herb markers and are sure to be an eye-catcher in your herb garden.
